not lost ground but again missed a chance to put daylight between us and the chasing pack, we always seem to bottle it when we have a chance to take it up to the next level.

you’re right though UTT on to QPR and see what happens.

My step son reckons there is less scrutiny on Allsopp than there is on Ingram. Clean sheets stats for both below (provided by stepson). hope they are factually correct

Allsopp 39 clean sheets in 360 appearances

Ingram 60 clean sheets in 290 appearances

A not 606 shindig would involve the carrying of high powered semi-automatic rifles and possibly intercontinental ballistic missiles !!! Shame you weren't in the know about the free winter warmer Tigress but he's probably been reliably informed you'd have drunk him dry:emoticon-0127-lipss

I can’t be arsed to check the clean sheets, as in itself it’s fairly meaningless, but they’ve both played over 300 games.

    Funny old game...
Thought they got there tactics spot on annoyingly (as their manager had said) quick number 9 pressing high and effectively, on their left their 6 & 12 combining effectively on more than one occasion low balls into the box, generally had done their homework, seemed to nullify Coyle and Christie effectiveness, midfield looked disjointed, personally think Seri could do with a game to recover.
Front line all did well but, there defence / whole team stuck to plan.
Allsop made a mistake, thought he was out of position a few times and for one of the goals last week.
Thought Connolly did ok / better than last tokenistic appearance, Tufan you know what your getting brilliance or?

Saying all that we could have won...

I think you're spot on, but I'd add in a CF as well

The most important quality of a goalkeeper is stopping shots

I see all the pundits are describing Watfords second goal as sensational, fantastic, brilliant and a hundred other superlatives.
Was it not just an optomisic punt towards the goal when he saw the keeper was so far out which luckily went in?

Agreed, both the Manager and player said they have a practice drill for that exact situation where a team presses up from the back. It just came off yesterday, by design, no fluke.

It's not difficult for a keeper to kick or throw the ball out.
    Stopping shots is more difficult

you wouldnt think you would sign a left back in summer to be a starter and then hardly play him

What is true, is that Ingram was ok until he made a blob, then he was shovelled sideways (not Roseniors man)... Allsop is Roseniors man.

As was mentioned here during the week, the lad Johannsen at Rotherham would be a good shout of they get relegated. Young keeper. I dont know if he's good with his feet mind as thats not Rotherhams MO.
