No need to panic.

We're still fourth in the league, seven points behind the favourites United.

We may not win the league but we'll certainly challenge.

Why? We are traditionally the strongest side in the second half of the season.

Last season we were 14 points behind United in fifth position Feb, made up 11 points on them and came second.

09/10 we were behind United in March and won the league.

08/9 we were floundering under Scolari and United were walking the league. Us and Pool finished strongly to close the gap on a stuttering United.

07/8 United and Arsenal were top all season. We made up ten points and took United to the last game of the season, who needed the ref to win the league.

Need I go on?

The last time United finished stronger than us was 06/7 and they were top all season. They fell away 03/4, 04/5, 05/6 too.

Arsenal and Spurs always fade. And City are unproven

So don't worry Blues; and don't believe the United are strongest in the second half of the season myth. We are.

BBC reporting "Chelsea boss Andre Villas-Boas says he has backing of Abramovich". I guess that's the end of him.
 
United are only marginally better than us at the moment although they are getting the rub of the green. City by a country mile. <ok>

Then why did he put in on the Utd board as well? How would you lot react if we stuck a thread saying how great we finish the season and that we would still be ahead of City at the end of the season on the Chelsea board? I reckon there'd have been a whole lot more provocation....
 
There's too ****ing around on not 606 now, crossboard freds should only be allowed on match days only that way arseholes like Hoddle is God, Ensil & King Shergar are put back in their cages before everybody leaves for somewhere else.

Sort it out FFS <grr>
