I don't think he will, he might get a little cheer from the lads in the corner of the east stand, and a little clap from everyone before being greeted by piercing silence.
I think there will be a full ten minute standing ovation for Nick. The chant of Barmby Army will be so loud that windows will shatter and car drivers will become so disorientated that there will be a number of minor crashes outside the ground. Finally Barmby himself will be so overcome with gratitude that he will break down in tears. The game will be temporarily stopped as medics attend to him and normality will only be restored when Wiggly applies a paper bag to his mouth to prevent him from hyper-ventilating. Unfortunately by this time the game will have been abandoned and it will all have to happen again at the next home game.
I'd imagine there will be a unanimous round of applause and chants of Nick Barmby's barmy army and the like.
