what situation tho? Surely it’s of his making? We don’t pick the team or take training so who’s to blame? I don’t get annoyed by people being overly positive. So why do people get annoyed when people have a different point of view?

The situation that will end up with us needing a new coach as the squad is horribly imbalanced, lacking experience and had at times over performed. Last year we punched well above our weight l, this year we are about where we should be

nah that’s bolocks imo we’ve a very talented team that’s just been found out. No mention of lack of experience last season and now they obvs have more experience yet are playing ****ter? It’s down to Mondays tactics imo not the players.

Mowbray is my 2nd favorite manager post Reid (loved keano me!)! I really like Mowbray. It's not working. I can't see a scenario where he is the long term solution... well, there is one and it involves winning 5 or 6 games in a row starting next game. I'll be sad to see him leave but I think the writing is on the wall.

This thing about squad lacking experience is bollocks imo.
We have the squad to compete but not the manger or tactics to succeed.

We have the best wingers in the league but create nothing ffs

Was it in the 1960's when Alan Brown left for Sheff Wed that the SAFC directors decided they didn't need a "manager/coach" and picked the team themselves as a "committee". It was an utter disaster :emoticon-0102-bigsm

These wingers are having to play with strikers who don't yet know how to play in men's football. What runs to make, what runs not to make. How to lose their man, the gut instinct to know where the ball will go. We don't have any oven-ready strikers an I have some sympathy for Mowbray. It's no coincidence we played our best football today when we played a false 9

Rusyn is in his 20’s and played plenty of men’s football . It’s the tactics

If you look at the stats, between the 4 strikers they should've scored 4 goals between them with the chances we create. With the team we have they should be doing alot better than that.
Mowbray needs to up his game imo. For the talent we have we do nothing with it

We played our best football today without a number 9 but still created nothing

Let’s face it tho. If Mowbrays job is in trouble it’s not because the forums have turned on him. It’s because we have 1 point in a run of three games against struggling sides. And not exactly a good run the few games before that (can’t remember the exact).

Mowbray is smart enough to know that.

We are probably more or less about where I expected we’d be at the start of the season. My fear at the moment is the trajectory and the performances. I don’t see confidence that we can turn things around, and watching the post match interview I fear Tony doesn’t either.

I'm sorry for repeating myself but,how can the Ipswich manger get a league 1 team creating bucket loads of chances (which is why they're 2nd) yet our manger can't get this group of talented players creating **** all

little point comparing ourselves to what McKenna is doing at Ipswich. That isn’t the norm and we shouldn’t “expect” to be able to do what they’re doing, and nor should they.

It's upto the manger to ask the players to create space and provide there tactical runs. Why can McKenna do it with league 1 players and not Mowbray with players half the Premier league want?

Yeah KLD and Speakman have both made decisions which massively went against fan opinion. If we polled fans on every decision we would probably have Keane in charge. If they believe in Mowbray I trust them and they need to hold their nerve, if they believe he is not the man for the job I trust them to adequately replace him like they have done with all their managerial appointments.

Maybe they’re better players and maybe he’s a better manager?

    They’re definitely a better team.

Like I say. What they’re doing is freakish.

By the logic you are using, every premier league club should be asking why they’re not winning the league, because if claudio ranieri can do it with that Leicester side, so should they!

wish I could like this post twice! Personally I think we should replace but only if the RIGHT choice is available, and keep if not.

but I would much rather and trust Speakman and KLD to do what they think is right and will back it.

the only thing I don’t want is a long run or bad form that comes with the **** atmosphere among the fan base that will end up teinting Mowbray, who’s one of my favourite managers we’ve had here. For me he’s done his job he was brought in for already. Don’t want that ruined.

You can't tell me Ipswich 11 is better than our 11. Even if they are we are miles off there pace.
It all comes down to a manger knowing his onions. You wouldn't see McKenna have Clarke, Roberts,Aouchiche creating zero chances a game.
Or playing Gooch at centre half and Roberts at right back in aplay off semi final
