I want Mowbray to succeed but unfortunately he just isn't upto the standard we need him to be now. This first 11 imo should be top 6 but they are struggling to keep up with the pace atm. He is a mid table championship manager and imo we should get rid now and try and improve. Everyone is saying we need an experienced striker but we don't create chances at all. And for a centre half our defence is all over the shop. While I like the man, we should be doing a lot better than we are and I can't see it improving
