Ever actually Tunns. They aren't attempting to stop United fans but anyone with United shirts/scarves etc. So if United fans turn up in neutral colours they'll get in no sweat as they'll be difficult to spot.
I am a plastic fan, I was born 100 miles from OT Such fail on my part, I will go support my local team and I have supported UTD since 1974.
Nah! I'm far tooooo pretty to have surgery! Sweats was actually referring to himself with that post, a bit of reverse psychology in order to deflect "issues" he was
yeah but you know as well as I do there will be united fans in the home sections with scarfs etc. obviously out the way to they are in their seats granted but they will be worn non the less.

Morning, I enjoy reading the Liverpool forum after a weekends fixtures. When they drop points to the likes of Norwich and Swansea at home there's loads of posts on how the new signings aren't good enough, questioning Kenny and generally talking down their chances. However, after a win against Chelsea there posts such as 'we can be the team to beat this season'(cheers Bluff ), posts pointing out other teams weaknesses whilst conviently ignoring their own and posts about how no team is in pole position over them yet ( even the teams 12 and 9 points clear of them ). Always good for a laugh on a Monday morning
Both sides yesterday looked average. Admittedly Liverpool are an average side on the up whilst Chelsea are an average side on the way down but both merely fighting for fourth nonetheless. United and City are fighting for top, Arsenal and Spurs for third and Liverpool or Chelsea MIGHT push one of those for fourth. Team to beat my arse.
Was it the same team or a different one? The original team said they wanted independant verification. I won't accept faster than light speed. Another dimension(s) needs to be involved.
Morning all. Rufflad. I only ever crow about Liverpool when they have put on a true quality performance. Whilst you are second in the league, I think you'll have to agree that your performances of late have hardly been 'quality'. You've done what you're very good at and ground out lucky draws and wins, and for that, you deserve credit. But quality, "my arse". Look at that little worm riggling.
Well wouldn't an 'average' side be around 10th in the table? Top 6 or 7 are above average to varying degrees, bottom 6 or 7 are below average, with the middle lot being average. They probably only looked average because they were closely matched, and there's little opportunity for brilliance in there. There aren't many more, if any, teams that City will beat 1-6 at home this season, but does that mean United are the worst team in the PL? You should know better than anyone that you can play **** in any given match, which isn't reflective of your team's true ability. Besides which, if average means getting 4th place, many on here would be happy with that.
I agree that we haven't exactly been easy in the eye but they've been functional performances and those win leagues. I'm not overly chuffed by the way we seem content with three points rather than blowing teams away but anyone thinking that our win at Swansea was anything other than a complete stroll is kidding themselves. Having said that Red, I knew my post would get you lads out and about in this thread! Easy.
Well why not add another couple of goals just to be sure? Stroll or not, they could have grabbed one for themselves, and Sinclair should have. It only takes a lapse in concentration.
Errr no, that's not how football works. Did us losing 5-0 to Newcastle followed by 6-3 at Southampton mean we were the worst team in the league? No, we won the bloody league. The City game was a freak result that occasionaly happens, a teams quality is based over a period of results. Having said that my average comment was deliberate to get things going. You're better than that.
You over-estimate me. You've just proved the point I was making (in fact I made the point right after the bit of my post in bold, if you look) I'll make it again though, just to be sure. I said that one **** performance isn't reflective of your team's ability. Hence United losing 1-6 to City does not suddenly make United a **** side. In the same way, while LFC may have looked average to you yesterday, doesn't mean they are.
