I think Traore operates best in tight areas in a central role. He can do this defensively or as a 10.

He should never be played as a wide player, but neither should Twine. Another winger in January please to give us options and make sure this abomination doesn’t happen again.

Twine should never play anywhere the diving little ****.

But I thought he worked well on the left with Vinagre bombing past him against Leicester. That combo hasn’t really been given any time again since.

Twine just doesn’t seem to be clicking anywhere. He’s Longman v2, never hides or doesn’t work hard but it’s just not clicking.

I think he's a good player too but is far too slow to play on the wing and it gives people the wrong impression of him. He's a very technical player and has to stay in a central role, deep or advanced.

I think he’d be excellent where Tufan plays. With Lokilo, Philogene and Delap around him, he’s the link to getting the best out of them all.

I would put Traore in for Twine for Saturday but would understand Rosenior starting the same 11.

Twine didn’t give the ball away, pressed really well and his set piece delivery was good. Probably a 7 out of 10 performance, but he’s not shown enough to suggest he can go beyond that. Traore has shown in glimpses that he could be a game changer.

First half he was good, and I thought finally, but second half he was shocking.

I must be the only one who thought Twine had a decent game.

First half he was good, second half he was shocking. His best asset at the minute as a creative midfielder is his work rate and pressing which unfortunately won’t get you over the line at the top end.

He's definitely no winger, he's wasted out wide, but he's excellent anywhere through the middle.

As has been mentioned already, I'd start him ahead of Twine, but I doubt Rosie will (which is a shame, as Adama is our player).

Just on the topic of set pieces, I'm pretty sure that our best corner on Tuesday night, was taken by Lokilo.

When Seri goes to AFCON I think Tufan should be given a run of games as one of the holding midfielders, next to Morton, with Adama/Twine as the #10.

Does Traore not get called up by Mali these days?

I don't know. But we do look light if both go to AFCON. Tufan's played holding midfield most of his career, either as a box-to-box or deep playmaker.
