Earlier in the season were won 3 of 4 away games in a run. One against 10 men, coming back from 1 down. We dont have any divine right to win games. The championship is a strong division and Plymouth are no mugs. We will win away games again this season, the focus on the last 4 without reference to an earlier 4 is to miss the point of a long season in my opinion. Need to take a look at the season on the whole, we are better than this time last year. Top 6 well within reach. Tweaks needed, along with a bit of patience and balance.
Last Saturday was very disappointing. I’ve got used to us playing really well, scoring and being an exciting young side. The same players who have been excellent so often this season are playing below what we know they are capable of. They will know that and so will the coaches. I can’t imagine any player putting in a 6/10 performance instead of an 8/10 on purpose. Nor the coaching staff deliberately setting us up a little off. They are doing their best and I applaud that. Getting beat was still annoying but I’ve got to say well done to Plymouth. How much of a football match comes down to who wants it more? Plymouth matched us for that and showed better quality when it mattered. To borrow Clocky’s phrase, OaU.

They must be happy to float about in mid table. Mowbray would never get us promoted, he’s not a good enough manager. I hope the club are willing to show some ambition.
Blackburn fans warned us tbf. don’t get how some people think our team is all down to Mobray when we winning and when we lose it’s because poor Tony never got a multi million pound striker. if he’s as good as everyone keeps banging on about how come he was on the dole before we got him?
They certainly did. Sticking with his favourites. Struggling to change things during a game. Predictable subs. Very inconsistent.
