Agree TC, I am a Mowbray fan but the clubs target was to achieve promotion by year five (before if possible). Next season is their fourth so In my opinion they will begin to look at the promotion target and make the changes to achieve it.

A thought crossed my mind a day or two ago, if change had to be made at the end of the season, could we not move Murty to first team level and leave TM in charge of the U21 development squad , he is perfect for the task and it would be a smooth hand over if everyone agreed it was for the best.
