Yes, I wondered if he was more use to playing on the left?

Great first half performance, did a job in the second half. We really do need to stop conceding soft silly goals though.

    Roll on Watford

I thought she was fantastic, but think the result also helps people be more agreeable about her, but when I did notice her she wasn't taking any nonsense, Rotherham tried to creep forward a few times for throws and she was onto it, and very sharp with her decisions.

That game has been coming a while. Dont think anyone really dropped a peformance lower than a 7/10. Hopefully we continue being a bit braver at home. The system clearly needed the shackles taking off and its worked wonders today.

    Bring on Watford now

Big thing for me was getting shots on target early in the game. That always boosts confidence.

As others have mentioned, playing with two pacy wingers made a huge difference too. When you’ve got that threat on both sides, as well as Delap running down the middle, it will always create chances.

Rotherham were poor though. They let us have way too much time on the ball, particularly at the back. I imagine Watford will be very different. Though if we keep up this attacking intensity, I fear no one. UTT.

12 shots on target was second most in the league this season from any team. Very impressive.

If Greaves had finished his move with a goal it'd have gone down as one of the all-timers.

Just back home, that was a ruddy freezing night. Not a great spectacle, we didn’t really need to get out of 2nd gear, a confident, controlled performance, particularly first half, against a poor Roth’ham side. Some fast movement, using 2 wingers, brought some great goals. Second half a bit disjointed with all subs, & a sloppy goal to concede. But, 3 points, 4 goals, job done. Makes a change to come away not complaining about the ref, well done to her, didn’t make it all about the ref, just got on with it firmly. UTT, roll on Saturday.

Agree on the ref. Odd that Birmingham were giving her pelters. I thought she let the game flow and pulled up the correct fouls. Especially telling that ****house Hugill off when he was trying to take Greaves out

Are you purely talking about goal-scoring? He seems to make good decisions regularly for me (a little bit rare for wingers especially at this level) and has a great cross on him too, I think he had a couple of good goal involvements today also, a great cross that led to a goal and then a decent flick with the outside of his foot although I appreciate a defender managed to get a touch before it dropped for us.
