Just looking at the case, there's no doubt he's a vile human being, but it's going to be difficult to prove he's racist imo. The bar will be quite high and I doubt he meets the threshold. And he can't justify calling the other party *****philes. Not sure what happens if the ruling finds in both party's favour with their defence.
The photos he posted on Twitter of him in blackface is certainly going to be brushing the bar on its own, and there's certainly enough incidents dotted across the last 3-4 years to demonstrate a pattern of behaviour.
