    You always say that and I do on occasion but most of the time I have everything in except the coriander so I don't use it. It does make a difference though no doubt. Adds a freshness.

    It does make a huge difference though you're spot on. I think I've got some methods spot on now. Not bad like but I'm sure I have more to learn. My fave food though.

    The Eva Longoria discovering Mexico show it's well worth watching, on Iplayer. Some interesting food and she comes across as a really nice person.

    Yeah that is the sort of thing I’d like. The future ex did pork chops in an apple sauce, peppercorns, boiled potatoes and mushrooms on some over fancy sauce last night and it was banging.

    Back on the chicken breast and potato diet from now until Xmas week.
