People were saying they'll easily get out of trouble but they're just not very good tbh. They almost went down last season and I don't see much improvement. Bournemouth and Luton won games and that isn't good news for Everton. Two injuries and they're down imo.

The difference to what is, or isn’t, a penalty between the prem and the championship is night and day. Clarke gets pulled down in the box and nowt is given, you breathe on someone in the prem and it’s a penalty.
It changes week to week, and team to team in the PL. Its a cesspit of ****e for fans imo. I honestly don't know what the rules are anymore.
VAR will never work as hopefully fans are starting to realise that everything is about opinions and so no two decisions are going to correlate. For some reason everyone expects every decision to go perfectly how they want it to. And it never will. Because I’ve seen people think that last pen today was a stonewaller, some say it was a dive, some say it was a pen but shouldn’t have been given as not clear and obvious. That’s three different camps all for one incident. How can you make everyone happy? And the people in the two camps who don’t have it go their way think it’s an outrage. VAR will never be work.
