defending (( if you can call it that )), was very weak. I think I have very recently said that ' overall ' our players are not good enough ( consistently ), to achieve very much (( and probably a lot less than people were expecting in August.... I don't think that the ( general ) level of commitment is too bad - but - Gills are very much as average as a lot of the sides in L2. Unless there is a fairly major injection of cash in the transfer window, we will continue to lose as many games as we win.
