We'll be in this division for donkeys get used to playing Bristol City every season for the next forty year

Because we look like a worse team, we create less chances, individually we look pretty poor. .
Can't agree with that. Individually Hume, Huggins, Neil, Ballard, Clarke & Patterson have visibility improved. We create loads of chances every game - evidenced by the fact we have scored more goals this season - and the football we play is outstanding to watch. Did you happen to watch the Southampton game for example? Or are you only focusing on the defeats to further your flawed agenda?

What I don't like is persisting with Jobe as a No.10 when he's clearly not. I really hope it's not a contractual thing
Agree re Roberts - something definitely up with him
Totally agree about Jobe but he is young and still learning , I don’t see him as a number ten either as I think we have better in the squad and he might benefit from having a break .

Long term I think he's an 8. An attacking one, but not a 10. Aouchiche is the obvious candidate in that role

Extremely telling today that Pritchard got nowhere near the pitch - like Mowbray is sending him a signal

Regarding Jobe from what I've seen of him he really should be a strong athletic Box to box midfielder. He does dwell on the ball too much and gets caught in possession but then again so does Ekwah and you would hope both will learn to get that out of there games. Dan Neil was caught once a game at the start of last season and it cost us pretty much every time but he seems to have improved in that aspect. Every midfielder will get caught occasionally it's the nature of the game but you hope its sporadic and not costly.

He certainly isn't a 10 He doesn't have the quick feet or acceleration required to play that role. He will be a fantastic footballer of that I've no doubt and will play at a much higher level but he's not there yet. He really should be competing with Neil and Ekwah and leave the number 10 role to Aouchiche or Dack or even Rusyn behind another centre forward. I've left Pritchard out of that list as I think his time is up with us despite him being in my opinion better than the 3 I've mentioned in that role.

Hard to disagree with any of that

I wonder if a change of formation will help

Patterson
Ballard O'Nien Seelt
Hume Neil Huggins
Adil Dack
Clarke Mayenda/Rusyn
i said this a while back, watching WBA again and they often play in this formation with emphasis on closing down the mid field its a good formation and just might work for us.

What is par for this team then? How do you justify that calculation? Also, has the season ended with us in 9th place? Again, is that below par?

We have more points, scored more goal and conceded fewer than the same point last season yet you want to sack the manager? :emoticon-0140-rofl::emoticon-0140-rofl:

Last season was a dreadful championship though. The fact Luton went up and Millwall nearly scraped play offs.. Burnley pissed the league and look at Sheff Utd. Would you say any of those clubs are near the level of Wolves/Fulham/Bournemouth when they went up?

TM can’t or won’t change things when it’s clearly not working. I don’t think he’s a bad manager at all but I think a better manager would get our squad promoted or would at least have the bollocks to change us when we’re losing week in week out.

You dare speak out and it’s “why don’t you join the club and advise TM” or “TM was a centre back he knows better than you” or “you have an agenda” or “you aren’t a proper fan cos you don’t see things through red and white tinted glasses.”

Say that when we’re top of the league, not dropping points every other week and then I’ll listen.

It’s bordering on hilarious mate.<laugh><laugh><laugh><laugh><laugh>

So, if last season was a dreadful championship (implying that this season is better than dreadful) then surely us having more points/goals etc this season is an even bigger positive?
Literally made 2 subs at half time today
Stop talking sense man, you'll confuse some.

Think you're banging your head against a wall tbh mate.

We had played all the teams that went on to finish above us at this point last season, this season we are yet to play Leeds, WBA and Hull. We have been poor since the end of September and 7 points from 7 games for a team with playoff or better expectations is really poor.

Can you tell me the numbers to win the Euro millions since you already know we can't beat any of those teams

We have not got a good striker, it is as simple that
The manager is being asked to perform miracles without a good centre forward, ridiculous
This has been going on for ages , it is barmy, simply cannot get my head around it
