    Do e we either:

    a - redevelop St James’ Park and have a 64000 (roughly) capacity stadium

    or

    b - move to Barack Road and have the state of the art stadium with a 75000 (roughly) capacity

    NB consider naming rights

    I think we should get a brand new stadium. Keep St James for 1-2 years while other stadium built, extending St James will just be a nightmare.
