    This is where the communication comes in, if the players understand why - it may be tactical in Rusyns case - it’s not necessarily a bad thing. Tell them what you need them to work on and just keep talking. Have confidence in TM to do thst.

    Totally understand that mate, always be discussion about who’s subbed and who’s not performing but why take off the lad who’s meant to be our main striker? He can’t keep chopping and changing strikers after 45 minutes it’s not schoolboy football. He needs a goal and he needs to learn how to play in our system dragging him off at half time when he’s had piss poor service once again is just awful man management imo, he wouldn’t dare do that with Clarke or Neil. We’re meant to be embedding a 9 into our starting Xl nothings going to change at this rate.

    Still chucked a tenner on Mayender to score and the lads to win though :emoticon-0102-bigsm
