Build new stadium in leazers park. Still walking distance from the pubs. then turn st James park into a new leazers park.
and all areas get a upgrade

Just shows what's possible even in confined Space

 

I don't like stadiums that look like ufo's tbh

 

It's not about saying do the same, but I'm merely trying to highlight the possibilities are actually greater than just slapping another bit of scaffolding here and there.

I don't think you understand I'm merely posting a video to show what can be done in comparison to just slapping a stand on.

I mean they may just do the latter, but for those saying we need a new stadium I'd say there's a case to say we don't.
