I don't think you have the knowledge to conclude that. I understand people got upset because he opted for PSG , but that doesn't make him a bad player. I don't think Newcastle are bad at recruiting players and isak is a good player ,but let's not forget Dortmund let him go. Ekitike still has every chance to become a very good player.. I don't think Newcastle will be keen unless it's a loan though.... they won't have just lost all interest though no chance.
This is all here say I'll trust the club. Might never come here, but I think the player has something and that's why he got to PSG and why other big clubs and a smaller one in Newcastle have interest.
BTW I like the loan option because replacing Wilson or isak would cost serious money and that money would he better spend at cb and rw at this point on time. It's a big job these owners have got to be able to keep buying players that cost big money.
Why is he leaving them? Why has his attitude been constantly questioned? He could become technically very good and eventually a good player. He will always be a grade A prick.

It's a loan of a young player the club think has has got something. I don't think not getting ahead of mbappe is a marker. I'd be fine with that.. cb and rw is the priority surely.
