It looks like it’s a person.
I found this about a book on Amazon, it’s a copy and paste.
    It may make some sense.

    start.

If you go to the match, drink beer, go bird watching or read ALS then you may have bumped into Sobs, cos that’s what he spends his time doing too.
When we decided to publish our first ever book the obvious author was ALS's resident madman. Who else would be crazy enough to spend a whole year putting his entire Sunderland supporting life on paper?

The result is an unsurpassed 350 page account which we have published in the form of Sobs' Story: Keep the Faith.

This intriguing look at almost half a century of music, politics and above all football will make you love, laugh, cry and most of all keep supporting Sunderland forever.

    end.

    @mcgrathmike
England U17 forward Mason Cotcher has been training with the 1st team squad at #Arsenal after leaving Sunderland. Rangers are also interested in signing the 17yr old and moving cross-border to Scotland would be for much lower compensation

Very disappointing & short termism that any young player would want to leave the club right now

Very good news considering the clubs that had shown an interest...no reason this lad cant develop into Patterson's replacement 5/6 years time....unless he develops to being absolutely top draw & its sooner....a great position the club are putting themselves in..... more concrete evidence theres a proper plan

If your insinuating the current setup plans to sell everything or as much as they can like SD then in my opinion your very very wrong....KLD & KS will do everything they can to keep hold of our young talent until either, were not capable of growing them any further or an offer comes in that for the good of the club & player its accepted....i dont believe that will be the case with a 17 year old, more like we will be trying to extend his contract.

The fact is SD chanced his arm buying SAFC, i get why he did, biggest opportunity he will ever get, but he didn't have the required funds to operate the club, hence grinding us down to be ran like a L2 or none league club.

He then went on to make a complete twat of himself with stupid accusations like the story regarding kidnapping of his daughter.....if he wasn't a knob he still had the opportunity to leave SAFC looking a decent person, all he needed to do was explain his true intentions, explain he was he to enjoy us until he could hand SAFC over to an owner who could seriously take us forward....making a bit profit.....i have no problem if he made a profit in that scenario.... however he lied from the start, switching club funds & parachute payments around yo confuse everyone so he could use the clubs money to buy the club.....no idea as its that complicated if he walked away with a profit or loss.... suspect the nugget walked away with a loss

Obviously your post may not be a dig in it direction, if it is i appreciate SD is your mate or whatever, but hes the past & thank **** he is & he now have someone like KLD who for the first time in at least my lifetime has a proper plan from top to bottom of this club.....i for one & suspect many others are happy SD has ****ed off & am quite happy hes never mentioned again....at least until this club gets back to where we truly belong....then those who like lived it can reflect on the difficult days if the wish.

Lets look at the future not the past, the past should only be looked at to identify where we went wrong

KLD could've sold Clarke and half a dozen other players by now.

He's trying to build a strong sustainable club ...

... what Donald tried to do was unsustainable.

Exactly mate, clear evidence exists on what KLD is trying to do, we wanted to keep Stewart....but not at wage we didn't think was right for the club, that wage will have taken more into account than simply the player we watched, it will have been calculated including this such as his injury record, likelihood he will recover to be the same player, likelihood of injury recurring, what that injury will look like ability wise in 2 years, growth left in his development....that calculation resulted in the club allowing him to leave once a cracking deal was negotiated....good luck to RS he always put it in while here & scored some crucial goals...first contract he had likely to set him up for life...deal worked for all....well lets see on the Southampton end....but i dont care about that

Roberts had a lot on interest, we could have cashed in, we could have made it look like we were trying to sort a new contract....we could have offered him a stupid mega contact....wow loads fans may have been happy with that statement:emoticon-0145-shake....i doubt we have, the deal will be decent for the player whos producing the best football of his career, the deal will have been sustainable for where we are now.

Night & day potentially how this club has ever been ran

You see Watson has 3 years left on his contract, Matty Young has signed a pro contract, we are clearly trying our best to get Rigg to sign a pro contract next year. All of that means if one of them does leave we will get top dollar, unlike your mates Donald and Methven who took under a million for multiple players in our academy. Mumba, Hugill, Greenwood and the rest should be integral parts of our squad right now but your mates couldn't be arsed to put anything into the club so sold the 'crown jewels' to keep the lights on. Your snide digs about KLD/Speakman are a joke.

£10-12m for a 27yo player who had barley played for 18 months and has only played 13 games at this level was outstanding business, especially when you consider he was out of contract in June and is yet to start a senior game of football since January

I went to reply to Bob's remark about him insinuating we are selling the young talent again when it was his "mate" who did that. The same mate he tries to get all other fans to see as a good bloke when he is seen as what he was! Trying to imply KLD is the same when we have seen the opposite up to now!

I decided I'd not bother as Bob and his agenda wont be turned, the last few posts sum it up pretty well! Knew others would say it anyway!

Yeah there is a world of difference between buying young talented players and selling them on and re-investing and the Madrix model of sell anything that moves so you can pay the leccy bill.

I'm 100% behind the KLD model and as hard as it will be to see Clarke and Patterson leave in the summer (for example) the £40m allows to to further develop the squad and potentially buy better players who can hit the ground running.
The big test comes when we do sell a big hitter - many fans will reserve judgement until they see how the money is used. For example, I assume the Ross Stewart money is sitting in the bank so it will be interesting to see if we bring in some established players in Jan or whether we keep our powder dry.

I dont post, but read RTG at times, some good folk on there who provide ticket info, parking, whatever advice....but some of the craic aint for me....ive read some of the grief Bob took & its far to much, abusive to be honest....at times he comes across decent bloke & believe he has connections, posts stuff he gears, no problem with that & appreciate it.....but the agenda which reads against KLD & current setup & defence of SD & some of the stuff he did is ridiculous & i can understand how he gets on people's tits at times
