Oh boy, so much to unpack here...

First of all, yeah, spellcheck should've alerted you to that slur - unless she uses it so frequently that it accepts it as correct
Secondly, an explosion at a border checkpoint is not what an open border looks like
Third...yeah, the vehicle was on the US side of the border headed into Canada, so by that logic "chaos & misery" was leaving the country
Fourth, I'm amazed she didn't bleat about Arizona gubernatorial election she lost last year last year...

Back in the UK, the Government has pushed this through under the cover of darkness (of the Autumn Statement) in true 'Look at the Squirrel ' fashion ..
This is potentially very serious, with the ability if Parties (well, the Tories at least) to greatly increase their spend on unregulated online propaganda (lies).
It's not like they don't have history!

I'd love to see how it compares with other factors.
I suspect that media consumption and online presence have a lot to do with it.

I think that in general terms Brexit was seen as a vote against the status quo.
Lots of people that were feeling unrepresented or mistreated voted for it.
Those responsible for the situation were also pushing that vote, though.

Its all a bit chicken and egg.
The racist anti-immigration rhetoric was the tool that was used to achieve an aim, but the target audience still had to be stupid enough to buy it.

I'm way beyond feeling 'sorry' for the gullible fools that Ticked the Leave box.

Much is made of the IDF attacking civilians, and much is made of the casualty numbers released by Hamas as if it was accurate, and represents civilians killed by Israel in an attempt at genocide.

On 15 March 2019 a single gunman killed 50 and wounded 41 in a horrendous attack on two mosques in Christchurch, New Zealand. Compared to that "lone gunman" the IDF has thousands of soldiers each with better weaponry than that lone attacker, backed up by about 1,200 artillery pieces of various types (including 300 multi launch rocket systems), over 2,000 tanks, about 50 attack helicopters, about 240 ground attack aircraft and seven warships that could do shore bombardment. They also have some ordnance, the technical term is *really big bombs* that could demolish tunnel complexes without ground forces needing to enter them.

How many people do you think Israel would kill if it unleashed all that lot?

Basically, if Israel is attempting genocide then they are really rubbish at it.

Have Israel killed innocent people? Yes they have. However, if you have a better idea on how to fight Hamas I would be interested to hear it.

That's a desperately poor argument. The Israelis aren't stupid. If they decided to kill hundreds of thousands in one go, they'd be shut down by the U.S. in a heartbeat and condemned infinitely more than they already are worldwide.

Have you ever heard of the analogy of dropping a frog in boiling water as opposed to putting it in water and raising the temperature until the water boils? That's what's going on here as far as these maniacs are concerned in trying to justify the killing of innocent men, women and children.

As for Hamas's figures, in every single conflict including those where thousands have been killed, EVERY single independent international organisation from the U.N. to the ICRC to Amnesty have confirmed Hamas figures have been correct. Even the U.S. State department are saying the numbers are higher. Your trivialising of the death toll is an insult to the memory of every single innocent victim kill in Gaza.

As for your last question. The answer is simple. What do you do when you have armed men holed up in a bank with hostages? You don't blow up the bank ffs <doh> You do exactly what Israel and Hamas are doing now. To get the hostages out <ok>

round my way a large chunk of people who voted for Brexit , and 65% did , one of the main reasons were due to large local employers recruiting staff through agency companies who recruited solely from offices in Poland i.e. basically you couldn't apply for jobs with them if you lived here .
Although i voted remain i understand the frustrations that led some to vote the way they did .

Is that legal? It doesn't sound it.
I'm sure that this mob will make it so when they've done away with our human rights, though.

    apparently not .
If you advertise here saying Polish only (or whatever) it would be illegal but if you advertise the jobs in another country you technically aren't prohibiting anyone from applying .
