We played fine 2nd half against Millwall when we got Charly in the game. Bossed that half. KWP was constantly getting in behind from his through balls. I'd much rather we do that than taking pot shots from 25 yards.

Surely that's exactly what we SHOULD be doing as Huddersfield will set up in a very similar way to Millwall. There's no point looking at the Leeds game as a template for example. For me, if I was Martin, I would study the game against Millwall again, work out what we can do better and go from there.

There were positives and negatives from the Millwall game. Sure the second half was an improvement, but the first half was terrible. We looked too static, and devoid of any ideas. Of course KWP looked good; he always does, thank f*ck. But Sulemana had another fruitless showing, and by the end of it we were lucky to get all 3 points.

Hudds will play deep and pack the box, so 'getting round the back' will be a struggle first half. I'd be tempted to start with Stewart just to throw a spanner in the works. Hopefully he can create more space and opportunities for those around him. And early crosses in, instead of dilly-dallying on the ball (you know who). And yes, shots from distance too, to mix it up, and make us less predictable.

Patience will be required again. If we keep the ball like we usually do Huddersfield, as other teams have done, will tire in the 2nd half. I won't be in the least bit surprised if the first half is as scrappy as the Millwall first half was. But if we score early it could be a 3 or 4-0 game.

Amazing that our only relatively comfortable game came against Leeds!

I think Birmingham was quite comfortable for the majority of the game as well TBF.

It did to me TBH. Apart from 10 minutes when they scored out of nothing and then had a good spell it never felt like they were going to score.

Yep, both Leeds and Cardiff got the early goal, and went on to score four.

Yep agreed. First half was total domination. Customary second half wobble, strong finish iirc.

I am going to put my reputation (if I deserve one) on the line and predict 1-4.
    Let's get this.

There is a possibility following form that if we beat Huddersfield and in form WBA beat Ipswich we are just 6 points behind 2nd place. Not long ago it seemed a huge gap.

Credit to .....loading........ RM & the squad have done pretty well too.

We need a Not606 Campaign to get Loading recognised by the club, and the wider community. The ultimate aim is for Loading to have his own guard of honour, prior to an individual lap of appreciation, when our promotion is confirmed. Mind you, the first poor result will be down to Loading, who will be blamed for poor team selection/tactics/pie quality. Us fans are very fickle. :):)
