I'd like to see Vinagre start this one.

I think he gives us more going forwards whether on the break or through sustained possession.

The result will depend on which version of us turns up. The confident one that can pass quickly into dangerous positions and get them rattled with chances, or the cautious one that sits too deep, plays it out too slowly, ends up making mistakes and gradually gets overwhelmed.

Bedwyr, (beautiful Welsh name, pffttt) was the Arthurian knight who returned Excalibur to the lake. The name has recently grown in popularity with the vowel deprived Taffs, ergo there's more Bedwyr's in Swansea than the whole of Portugal. :emoticon-0125-mmm:

A return to real football. International breaks are too long, too frequent and boring.

I hope the team are not underestimating Swansea, unlike some others on a certain podcast. I'd take a point now.....1-1

Just as impressive, there are more Welsh international footballers sired in beds on Alice Street in Swansea than there are Portuguese international footballers called Ronaldo sired in beds in all of mainland Portugal !

****ing hate international breaks. Normal footy should continue like it does during internationals periods for rugby union, gives the smaller clubs a better chance. Levelling up!!

I agree, clubs have big squads, they should be able to cope and it gives young players a chance.

Hard one to call, they are blowing a bit hot and cold, so not sure what you will get on the day. At our best we should have enough to come away with 3 points, though would take a draw. I wonder if Slater will be back, though likely he would be on the bench, I wonder how Seri will be after his travels, Morton could take his place, with Traore or Tufan as the other sitting midfielder. I guess the other question will be LB Greaves or Vinagre, I suspect Liam might stick with Greaves in an away game so Macca can be in the side. Anyhow, good to have league football back again.

Given that we are essentially England Under 21s with a few back up players, this should be a stroll in the park.

What chance we'll see Vinagre start on the left wing, he looked half decent there last game?

Not ahead of Philogene, unless you try him on the right? Is Lokilo out injured?

We played the last fifteen minutes against Huddersfield with Vinagre on the left and Philogene on the right and looked much more dangerous.

There's been no update on Lokilo yet, he was touch and go, there's a chance Slater will be back as well.
