The list I saw speculated were clubs that hold there own in the Prem, but not (all) the big six as we might suspect.
Don't know what I think of it really, football has changed a lot since I first watched a game, and I've just got use to the Prem clubs will do what the Prem clubs want. If you was any other business, you would always unite your best skilled employees to do the top jobs when they arise, and football is a big financial business now.
I've just been reading that Newcastle aren't even bothered about loaning players from there... apparently they want Phillips not nevez Bizarre but sounds more like a Howe player to me. Games been like this years mate but Newcastle have drawn more attention to it I guess.
Just put Wales game on, wasn't going to watch it, because I thought they aint got a chance, but as they are winning turned it on now (Iplayer/S4C).
Take off the rose tinted glasses you must realise this is nothing to do with Newcastle but just the putting in place all the rules that will prevent any massive penalties against Man City or Chelsea, you guys are just the patsy that will get the blame from the rest of the Prem The fact that Everton still still got hammered means the Prem just consider them as unimportant collateral damage in the greater scheme of things
The seven clubs that blocked ban on signing loan players from partner teams were (according to sources) Newcastle, Sheff Utd, Man City, Chelsea, Everton, Wolves, Forest."
