Did it 20 mins in cast iron/Dutch over and 20 out to crust up

 

Salmon is banging for breakfast, salmon and poached eggs OR kedgeree

 

To be fair, a slice of this with my Xmas smoked salmon mouse would be good.

Had 3 eggs bit of bread and half the salmon fillet cos she over cooked it a bit and twas chewy

Going to invest in a slightly smaller cast iron, so can get a loaf that sits a little higher. Don’t want to risk upsetting the dough recipe by increasing size.
But also will try non sourdough in the 15 in 1 ninja, that had a steam/bake setting

 

You can buy bread in the shop y'know.

 

But that wouldn’t be fun, cheaper and easier for sure.
