Rant alert What's the ****ing point of pet insurance ? Paid out £1245 for an op for my doggo in Sept and only now have they got round to telling me my claim has been declined because of some ****ing bullshit technicality regarding the symptoms that, in their words, were 'only manifest due to an undiagnosed pre existing condition that occurred before the inception of your policy' ****ing robbing shyster ****s.

'undiagnosed' what absolute bollocks - think I'd be tempted to challenge that if they used that wording. It's different if there are vet records demonstrating that a condition was diagnosed before you took out the policy, or if a certain period of time has not passed on a new policy, but if you didn't know about an existing condition, most of us probably have some condition that is not yet diagnosed, which would make every policy invalid lol - but what the fook do I know, but i'd be pretty pissed off with that outcome, maybe they should carry out health checks before issuing the policy, bunch of shhites.
Rant Alert 3months ago one of my brakes broke .Logged with wheelchair services but they wouldn't place order till engineer had been and confirmed it was broken . I had told them it was scissor brakes and the engineer sent them pics of it. Time passed and different excuses were given then about a month ago they replied they had the brake but were awaiting the the other oner .They confirmed it was the left brake they had which was what i needed so i told them that would do just come and fit it . They said they couldn't because it wasn't possible to split the order so i demanded someone higher up ring me .Naturally no one did so couple of days later (a week last Fri) ring again and they suddenly decide they've got them both and arranged the engineer visit for today . Engineer turns up disappear to his van with my chair and comes back 10 mins later "you ain't going to like this Chief but they've ordered the wrong ones . I checked to see if i could bodge these on somehow but no can do " Now waiting for manager to ring back so i can do a fair impersonation of Sucky v Nurses . utter useless outsourced ****s
i'd contact them and tell them that is ridiculous and if they don't back down go to the insurance ombudsman
