Was sat in a pub with an Everton fan one side and a Man Utd fan the other, ones been docked points, the other worried the same will happen to them in time considering their finances. Me and my mate (also Liverpool) in the middle laughing. Just had to pipe up didn't... "Bright side, Liverpool are alright and safe though" #leadballoon
tripper the latest to withdraw from duty. this window feel very much like one too far and nobody is really interested. I presume whatever it is thats a personal matter won't prevent him playing for newcastle. imo a law fifa could dictate if it cares about its internationals is a mandatory club game missed if you are not available
so if you do your ACL and 10 months later are fit to play you have to miss the first 11 matches due to missed internationals .
IF - and it's still a huge if in my book - this all means the start of the FA and the Prem clamping down on the transgressors of FFP, then some on here are going to have HUGE egg on their faces as regards FSG's wretched parsimony over their tenure. Abject apologies will be the least of the reparations demanded. Can we, er, think of any poster that may apply to?
Some of us back their ideas (bar super League) from the start Let's hope they do severely crack down of ffp, it would put Liverpool at a massive advantage of most.
Onana injured during Cameroon game. Leaves Man U with old man Heaton or some Turkish lad no one has ever heard of, could be an improvement
should be. miserly loves company they say. rashford flounced off after getting in trents way as well but I think he only bruised his ego
In all honesty Donga, isn't a well-run and self-sufficient club what we all want? Perhaps they could have done better, maybe they could have spent more and kept within the limits, I don't know - but I'd rather we had responsible owners than be the object of a rich man's ego trip. I really hope that the cheats get their comeuppance, it might make me marginally less grumpy in my dotage.
