It says nothing about chemtrails or a massive conspiracy by 'The Cabal' to add chemicals to every plane in the air, but about cloud seeding to help cope with the pollution caused by massive industrialization. Cloud seeding has been openly going on since at least the 50's, and it's so secret that I originally learned about it at school. Personally I think they're better off test firing one of NASAs clean rockets upwind a bit, thats a guaranteed rainfall. Chemtrails, lol, learn some ****ing science for once.
