So is Sunak’s “emergency legislation” going to ignore the facts proven in court and introduce laws based on a different, unproven set of facts? How can it do so? Surely Parliament cannot ignore what has been proven before the highest court in the land? Any constitutional experts want to explain that one?

Well... they're going to get Rwanda to sign a piece of paper to make a pinkie promise that Rwanda will be a safe place, with an "honest guv" and a couple of "xx" at the end. They're going to call this a treaty so that it sounds important. Cleverley has been saying that they've spent the past 12 months creating it, whilst at the same time saying it can be ready in days! Which makes you wonder if it was going to change the Supreme Court position why didn't they have it ready and submitted to them before their judgement?? Hmmmm....
