What's worse is he tried to introduce his own amendment. Completely patronising, what was he expecting ppl who were voting on principle to do, suddenly vote for that instead? Stupid.
When it comes to **** like this Labour always look stupid. Atleast with the Torys, you know what you're getting. They just vote for the ****ing thing as they see fit. SNP and Libs are a none starter, they're so small that they can vote whatever way makes them look popular. Labour proper panic, start faffing about.
There is a trend with Starmer in particular. He needs to learn to convince others of what he believes instead of worrying about what others will think of what he believes.
For no reason what so ever, they should also use this as a chance to shoot that fat ugly racist pig Diane Abbott out of a canon
Not particularly one for conspiracy theories but this one is 'intriguing' ...or would be, if true... Apparently, Israel has awarded off-shore gas exploration contracts worth potentially billions to various huge multinationals one of whom is BP - but the project can't start whilst the conflict in Gaza is ongoing ... A company called Infosys has entered into a £1.5 billion deal with BP which may or may not be linked to the gas exploration project. The co-founder of Infosys just happens to be Rishi Sunak's father-in-law ... and his wife is (possibly) a significant shareholder. Now I've stressed at the outset that all of this may be just another conspiracy theory ... but a full ceasefire in Gaza would obviously delay any conclusive end to the conflict ... and therefore the start of any exploration... Over to @aberdude
The vote was to call for a ceasefire. UK government calling for that would be a big deal. But what they’re saying is Sunak has financial interests in Israel
you would be surprised……don’t forget the puppets get well paid there is no democracy only corporations
i understand the inference of his post bit if you think ,right now, the Israelis give a **** about a vote in the HoC i think you need to give your head a wobble .
