Except she lied about contributing to a legal textbook. Unless you regard doing a bit of filing for the author as qualification for that claim. It is also dubious as to how her legal qualification was acquired. Had she not be in possession of a face that might bring a legal action from Snap-on if you compared it to a sack of spanners you might consider the usual dumb lass route to fame and fortune. Apparently as a barrister she was given two cases, lost them both and moved on to politics. Uppity I can't argue with, but certainly a good illustration of the Peter Principle at work.
How is it racist to simply criticise someone? You are the racist, for using outdated terms and for bringing race into the argument, which was only about someone's politics. This is a fine example of why you got demoted and banned from the PL board and still you don't see it.
