    In a religious context yes
But in reality it means having confidence

In the same way you have no evidence to support a claim we won't finish in the top 6.

Faith and confidence are two different things because people with faith are claiming to be convinced without question.

Wrong again. You’re purely thinking of faith in a religious context

No I'm not mate and faith is an unreliable pathway to truth in any context.

Nothing else constitutes hard evidence like a random link to a horseshit website.

    No it isn't.

You can have faith a team will win the title, it's not based on knowledge cos it hasn't happened yet.

You can have faith in a surgeon's ability to perform an operation, it's not based on knowledge and isn't absolute cos it has happened yet and they might mess it up.

    Thou art talking bollocks.

No there's knowing which is faith or complete confidence and the there is having confidence.

If you add complete it's different
