Got to say I’m still not seeing it in Christie. A shadow of his former self he doesn’t really offer us anything in defence or going forwards.
I’d be more tempted to look at Vinagre in front of Greaves with Philogene on the right. Keep Twine/Tufan/Traore central.
Conolly's injury looked a worrying one following on from the one he suffered last week. Highlights further the need for reinforcement strikers in January
Sorry, how on earth did this article give Huddersfield's striker a 6? For a man who is 6ft9 he was awful in the air. I thought we played well today. It was also nice to see the crowd not getting on the teams back despite not unlocking Huddersfield quite as much as we perhaps should have done.
Yes I did and I still say it. Huddersfield offered zero today, yes they defended but at least Wednesday tried to attack and actually put 2 past us. It was back in August and only 3 matches into the season so teams where still settling into the season. I agree with you Wednesday where poor. I can't really believe that we are even discussing who are the poorer.
These clowns should have been put to the sword today....but because of the rosieball system it didnt happen.....at least he's got a new contract,so all is good in the world
He was awful full stop. His second touch was a tackle. He was a 4 at most - article probably written by a relative or one of his mates
I think 4 would have been generous. I know he didn't have much to work with but he didn't do anything with it anyway.
It looked to me as if they had put an advert in the Huddersfield Gazette - "6 Foot 10 inch bloke wanted to lumber around a football pitch for up to 90 minutes..."
If me saying Huddersfield are the worst team I've seen for ages is a comparison then guilty as charged.
