TBH Davies doesn't deserve lumping in there as he was solid all game, though Dier...yeah, the replays of the winner are not kind to him, as I wonder if it will look like he was even moving if they're played in slow motion Davies certainly does still have value as a Wes Brown/John O'Shea type defender who we can call on as and when as he'll do a job and fight for the shirt, which may not be glamorous - but it does mean a certain amount of squad depth is locked down for a season or two
