If you want to convince yourself that , you weren't having a sly dig at me & that comment was aimed at twitter posts that you were reading . Then you fill your boots cup cake .
I've never known Suffolk have a sly dig, or post anything in that vein, at anyone. Given which, I had no problem in reading his post about truth and feeling as referring to the social media madhouse.
Well you are a prime example of someone that goes out of their way to irritate people with snide comments, several good posters have stopped using the forum because they find you excruciating so perhaps you aren't helping. You know that of course & are intentionally trying to stir as per . I would rather have Fred West as a character reference than yourself Bob
I'm still waiting to find out who's feelings are getting in the way of which facts & how that relates to the exchange RER & myself had about annual finances .
Not sure if I am allowed to interject myself into your conversation with Robbie now??Being a bit of a hypocrit aren’t you Dunc, you call Robbie excruciating and yet continue to drag something out that I have already given an explanation for and apologised if it caused you offence. You chose not to believe me. I offered to draw a line under it but you continue. I’m sure you have pushed your fair share of people away from this forum as well. As you would say - What a strange guy
Just post the X comments that had people's feelings getting in the way of the facts & I will understand what you were referring to . @GozoCanary @Canary Rob both left because of @Robbie BB , Rob sometimes posts now . If you can list the posters that left because of me then fire away ? You won't do either of course because you made both things up
I'm more than happy to apologise if I have posted incorrect facts , & if other's think I'm lying that is of course OK you just need to own your comments & show your links that prove that you are correct. I was quoting the financial reports that show we are generating less money than last year , next year will be even worse despite the sales of players after July the loss of parachute payments will make things even tighter if we stay in the Championship or worse . If there was a conversation on Twitter mirroring my talking points I would be fascinated to read the thread.
We can argue opinion on here but you can’t argue my intention, you have no way of knowing what or even who my comment was about, better than I do myself. It was a flippant remark, do we all now need to clarify everything we write with the exact context, should I go back and pretext it with “I’ve just been scrolling through Twitter and in relation to your post RER”. I even quoted RER and directed my comment to RER. How and more so why would I trawl through every post on this forum over the last however many years to find the posters that have left due to you, I’m afraid I don’t keep a list. I doubt you will find one who has left because of me either. We both know anything I post won’t satisfy you so what would be the point. For your satisfaction I think this might be the last thread that I read but there were comments all over X that day so it was also most likely not only this one. https://x.com/jackreevetnc/status/1720745083174109224?s=46&t=eNUxKZQ4GDywJtSbgmpm6A
My comment was specifically about the player sales being included in this years budget, people were in meltdown about selling these players and the accounts showing we didn’t have a lot to piss in despite losing our best talents. Which was directly related to what RER had commented and nothing to do with your prior comment. This is all I can provide to hopefully clear things up.
As my post seemed to set this off, can we all agree to move on now. My reading of Suffolk's comment was a reference to previous posters melting down about selling players with nothing to show for it. I didn't see it as referring to Dunc's comment at all.
I seem to remember K.I O loved a pointless squabble on here , I don't take offence from other poster's & have no issues with SuffolkCanary.
Alongside Lampard, Knutsen, Robins and Hasenhuttl, I've just seen one betting side include Steven Naismith as a possible replacement for Wagner
Having thought it was all over for Wagner after the Blackburn game both he and Knapper now have the international break to work out where things will go from here. The pressure is still on but the next 5 games allow a reasonable chance for a reset: QPR (h) Watford (a) Bristol city (a) Preston (h) Sheffield Wednesday (h) QPR are winless with only 4 points from their last 10 games, while Wednesday have one win (Rotherham at home) and 5 points from their last 10 games. The other 3 games will be tougher but still allow a reasonable chance to rebalance the season with 9 or 10 points from the 5 games, especially if Barnes is back in the team.
