Yorkie, you had Wolfy as your player of the season, do you think he will be a regular starter from now on or do you think Tuenzebe will be first choice
Think it’s just that Luongo and Morsy are so similar. Taylor is not as good with his feet but he will be able to drive forward and cut through defences when those two would be getting bogged down.
Indifferent form? You mean he's had a couple of average games? He was awesome against Bristol City and probably been a 7/10 in the subsequent games. Still I have been impressed with Taylor in his cameos and sure he will be able to contribute positively to games.
I think it would be unwise to break up the Luongo & Morsy partnership, which has served us so well for so many games.
I’d like to see Williams, Woolfy, Tuanzebe and Davis across the back. I can see those two central defenders forging an amazing partnership but I think I’d want to get through December games before mixing it up. Burgess is more of an old school centre back and I think Tuanzebe is just a lot stronger with the ball at his feet, which suits how we play out from the back and ping diagonal balls out to the wingers.
Nervous ending again, but another victory and we're now the team with least defeats. Joint "Top" of League, guaranteed auto spot to start December with. Not bad for being out of form. Matched Wigan's total points from last season, 6 more to go to reach safety mark from last season. 30 to reach Play-offs bench mark. 41 to reach Autos... So, lots of work still to go but... Halfway-ish there with 3/4 of season still to go. Dreamland.
