Everything played in front of the opposition. We never play through teams so he's never going to be played through. Everything goes out wide very slowly with defences nice and comfortable in two banks of four. The irony is we don't cross the ball anyway lol. It's no wonder he's not getting any service.

 

I was hoping Arsenal would win tonight, as I was hoping Man Utd would win. As I will be hoping for a Liverpool and West Ham wins tomorrow and all the other British clubs playing...we are not all full of bitterness like you Abe.

 

I enjoyed your game tonight. As for Rashford it was an accident, there was no intent, it's just one of those shhite things that happens, and if he hadn't of walked every other club fan would have been shouting cheats lol.

Maguire certainly tried to make amends for his unfortunate hand ball, and he was rewarded later with a similar decision, but down to 10 men opened you up too much, great game as long has you are not a United supporter.

 

Its not a skill set problem with Man Utd it's a mind set issue. Somebody needs to work out who the problem is in the dressing room and get rid. Your burning through managers and it always comes down to players showing a lack of heart or desire to fight for the manager due to internal issues.

Alonso looks the real deal. He’s done the business at Leverkusen. You should be trying to tempt him. The guys next job will be at one of the top clubs in the world, or at a team with unlimited funds to try and get there.

That 20 mins or so after Rashford went off we collapsed mentally. That's when you need good leadership and organisation.

Second half we come out, subs made, and we start to be more organised. But I'll be honest that defence (with the exception of Wan Bissaka who I thought was excellent) is just keystone cop calamity waiting to happen, so I was never confident.

 

How on earth have you ended up with that centre back pairing after Rio/Vidic not so long ago?

 

Martial has seen off about 6 managers and he’s still seen been as the number 9. That should tell you everything about how that club is run. Granted Hojlund looks like he’ll make that position his own now.

He’s done amazing and on a budget. He’s also shown he can lose top players and keep turning a new side over. He sold Diaby for 55m. Signed Hofmann to replace him for 10m and he’s got 5 goals and 5 assists already this season. He’s got a mainly young squad that improves with his coaching. His playing style is set so players come in and out seamlessly. He’s the real deal. I think Liverpool will have an eye on him to replace Klopp.

Agree with that last bit. Only chance we get him is by jumping in before Liverpool do, but he's perfect for them
