A loss of £200m and spending £490m on a squad, does not in my eyes either, demonstrate that they will have earned the title if they win it.

yea, i think the fans with any shred of common sense would realise that the club needs wenger far, far more than wenger needs the job, he's rejected madrid in the past and would be wanted by hundreds of clubs when he leaves arsenal. he deserves better than to be treated with contempt by people who think the club would move forwards by sacking a manager who has delivered 14 (?) straight top 4 finishes i wonder if he has changed his tune from the 8-2 or is he still trying to convince you lot that wenger deserves the sack?
I read an article in an Arsenal fanzine where the author's view was that the vast majority of the anti AW sentiment was expressed by those who post on internet forums rather than the fans who attend games.I tend to agree with the author of the article
Some of us were trying to say that it was not a crisis even after the 8-2. I think some fans have been around long enough to know a good thing when they see it. Wenger is the best thing that has ever happened to Arsenal. Sacking him is a ludicrous idea in my opinion.
