I hope kelly starts. Johnson is about as useful at defending as a duck with no legs, plus Kelly scored for England recently so his confidence will be high.
Why would a duck with no legs be particularly useless at defending? Why not a snail with no shell? Or a pirate with two eye patches? And Johnson is a perfectly competent defender, as he proves week after week in this Liverpool team, and against Spain last saturday. He had a bad spell under Hodgson, but then again Carragher, Torres, Reina and co. were also useless under Hodgson, so you can hardly criticise him for that.

It'd be stupid to start Drogba given the lack of game time he's had this season and the fact he's been dogshite in games he's played. I'll stick with front three Anelka-Torres-Mata
In my opinion he is good going forward but does leave us exposed. It's the same for England. It was his bad header that led to Ville hitting the post. I'm not writing him off, but againt the big teams i'm not convinced.
I'd love Malouda-Drogba-Anelka as a front 3, would throw Kenny off a bit as i doubt no-one would predict that front 3 given the fact Anelka has been dropped for the last 3-4 games, Malouda hardly starts in the league now and Drogbas only just come back from surgery, the obvious line up would have been mata-torres-sturridge. Saying that thought if your leaving Suarez on the bench that might **** our plans up aswell, interesting tactics/mind games if there both proven true
