4 involved yes, 1 basically carrying on against all 3, suggests the 1 might have been the issue..! Otherwise your implication seems to be the other 3 would have carried on with eachother without him. I did have a chuckle at your hurt reaction to OLM given your response to me earlier in the thread. It's not nice when the shoe's on the other foot is it? I take every post at face value, so if you did the same perhaps we'd be saved a lot of trouble.
My sole purpose in reading the match day threads is to re-affirm to myself the vow "never, ever, post on the match day threads" For that seemingly perverse reason alone, I read, and, keep my head down.
One of those three has plenty of form for going on and on and on through the night getting more abusive replying to himself and trying to goad others which is what he did here
The idea is to invite the press and pull the oppo out of position so some of our other players are freed up (there was a pretty good video on it using Stones as an example, funnily enough, of passing the ball left and right a couple of times, eventually giving himself space to make a surging run). I just don't think our players have fully understood how and when to do it, yet, leading to this kamikaze stuff we occasionally see. I guess you either #BelieveInTheProcess or you don't. Who knows, perhaps some of us will have egg on our chin when LR has us lifting a trophy in a few years time...
Another one of the three was interested in the size of my dick The third thought that when Allsop collected the ball from a West Brom cross the best option was to pass the ball to Seri (despite being surrounded by 4 West Brom players) who should have passed to Jones who could have passed to Coyle or Morton further up the pitch. Jones was 5 yards to Allsop's right and wouldn't have contributed to any advantage by receiving the ball. My suggestion, supporting my belief that City are too ponderous at the back and create unnecessary risks, was that Allsop should have collected the ball and thrown it out to Coyle or Morton to start an attack was criticised. Yet Syd thinks I, because I was in the minority, I was the cause of the craziness!
I agree that is the idea. Manchester City have many fantastic players who can pass, control the ball and get into space. Pep is good at developing players as well. Stones wasnt thought of as a particularly brilliant player, despite being an England international, but now he is fantastic. I think Rosenior is wrong to expect our players to improve to the same level. He's trying to get them to do something that isnt their forte. He should be trying to take advantage of the ability they have and improve it but not try to change them to be a totally different player.
