The fireworks of today certainly make a bigger bang than those of the 70s and 80s. Sounds like the cost of living crisis has bypassed bransholme, it's like a war zone out there.
Was at Disney Paris this year and the firework display was almost silent. No need for loud fireworks any more.
I went to the fireworks at swanland last night. What a ****ing **** show! I went a few years ago, and it was a shambles...its not changed. Absolute bedlam trying to leave, the amateurs running it had abandoned ship at this point.
Orlando Disney wasn’t as loud as usual this year, still plenty of bangs but didn’t seem as loud, what with two displays every night, inc Epcot I wonder how the dogs and moaning bastards get on over there.
For many villages, Bonfire Night is a major fundraiser and when you have a bar on site, you take far more money on a Saturday night than on a Sunday, when people are at work the next day. In addition, when it’s a large organised display, you need a professional company to come in and do the fireworks. If they were all on the same night, it would half the amount of displays. Common sense basically.
Fair enough, wonder if ranter Rico sees it that way. The views expressed in my posts are not necessarily mine.
Bollocks, Christmas Day is a Monday, by your logic let’s move it to the Saturday, because, no one likes Mondays do they?
OLM mentioned common sense, and the silicone chip inside Rico's head was then switched to overload. The views expressed in my posts are not necessarily mine.
The power of players showing their class for young supporters in different ways. From what I see our lads do it well too.
Channel 5 right now, the Amazon story how do they do it. I guess there's a channel 5 plus 1 so you can see it from the start.
