The issue is that most of them have members who take football and specifically football rivalries WAY too seriously. There's some on Saf's board like that, you can pop on and AGREE with them about something but if you have the wrong avatar they all attack you.

Peej claims this happened to him on our board, after he spent about 6 months wumming and still too this day claims that he is banned from our board. Despite the fact that he was lurking on a thread yesterday but didn't post.

Yeah of course, I remember you over there. The worst thing that happened for me personally was Gordon Armstrong being made a mod. That was the start of the end for me. I think I started on there in 2011 and always got on with my own board. Then the influx came, Smug thought he could use that to elevate himself into some sort of higher power over there and his drinking buddy allowed it to happen with his buttons.

The older lot who we always conversed with have pretty much all been driven away one by one. Now, it’s just full of racist old men posting their racist ‘jokes’ and now they’re talking about how they’ll be loads of ‘Abduls’ and ‘Mohammed’s’ about to be discovered for falsely taking covid grants. They all love it. 2 months ago someone hacked into Gordon’s account and showed me his inbox. It was full of him telling people to put me on ignore and not to speak with me <laugh>

You should be unbanned from the Toon board
I should be unbanned from the Spurs board
Comm should be unbanned from the Sunderland board
And HIAG should be unbanned from the Arsenal board

Let bygones be bygones <peacedove>

I actually had to check whether she was still alive before tipping her as a shoe in for the death thread <laugh>

The Toon board would be a start admittedly but I’m also banned from Liverpool, Southampton, Millwall and a few others I can’t even think of <laugh>

I'm sort of interested to find out, the more unreasonable the funnier. Like something really offensive about Newcastle fans and I post it and just say "don't shoot the messenger I'm just passing it on". Though I don't think it would make you unbanned...
