Im done now anyway, signing 4 inexperienced kids as our main man upfront and expecting one of them.to maybes score 20 goals will be our downfall this season IN MY OPINION.

    goodnight

Ok fella. All I know is if I posted a reply to you with that tone, your mates on this board would be all over it. Doubt it will happen as you have posted it.

Once again, have a good evening and no worries.

Not too sure about this to be honest mate. Took West Brom up from this league. Took Blackburn up to this league. At Hibs was scottish manager of the year, same at West Brom.

If you look at managers in the championship we have 1 of 4 who have previously been promoted out of this league. Alex Neil is another, along with Farke and Wagner. I think Wagner and Neil are both one season wonders. Farke looks very good again now. As I look across the championship I am not jumping to swap Mowbray for too many. Farke maybe like I said. Way too early on Maresca. I am a big fan of Mark Robins but doubt many will agree with me.

I know people think we are going down the young foreign coach route. Are there really many with a record to be excited about? Kompany is being found out currently. Some of these coming into the championship look poor. I think we are going through a phase in the UK of being seduced by overseas coaches, assuming they are somehow more expansive or educated. That isnt the case at all. English coaches just as good. Look at what Howe is doing, like it or not he is regularly beating up coaches with his know how. Potter remains the real deal and I know Chelsea fans who would take him back in a heartbeat. Look at what young Gary ONeil is doing. Drop down the leagues in this country and their are coaches who look really promising. The lad at Pompey a case in point. Bottom line for me though I see no options a better fit than Mowbray right now. He is regarded as one of the expansive and forward thinking coaches and as we know a miracle worker with young kids. I have seen his coaching sessions and they are absolutely first class. He may not take us up, or he may, but the reality for me is there is nothing in his record that suggests he cant do it.

Bit petty tonight on here which is sad. I don't thinks it's controversial to have our young side as it is with an experienced centre forward in the squad. Anyhow we couldn't score, saved a pen and got an away point. Move on. Love and peace.

Mad game ! Looked like you were going to win most of first half !
Then when potino got sent off for what should have been a yellow from that **** ref , my team woke up a bit and looked like just playing defensive batting away your attacks.
You hit everything except the back of the net, and if Lowe hadn't pissed about thinking he's Messi taking that pen it could gave been daylight robbery for our 10 men !
So chin up it could be worse. Please come again ! <cheers>

You going after PH all the time. Leave that **** over on RTG

Is there a reason you hid your identity on here for so long? Personally I'd never heard of you, but you seemed to make a big deal of revealing it when you changed your username. Are you one of the original RTG WUMs?

Canny post mate. Some good points for consideration in there. Just doesn't seem to have many promotions in his career and none really at a club the size of ours.

I am nearly certain the club will be going in a European route regardless.

I suspect you are right. It may sound like I am against that, I am not totally. Just think coaches like Mowbray are as good as some of them. I would hate to think we are so hell bent on a foreign coach we overlook what might be under our noses in this country. Time will tell.

Nah I'm chunk, as I have been since I joined. Left after the trouble but came back under a different name which i only revealed when a fellow poster was struggling and haven't mentioned it since.

If that was a big deal, then I apologise for trying to help a lad that was struggling.

I don't go after @Prehab26 all the time l, I actively avoid his posts, but at times I reply. God forbid I would disagree him.

That answer your questions? Or do you ahve any other issues?

And there are 2 sides to every story, but you keep digging at me, Rather than call both sides out.

By the way, you obviously know fine well why I left and why I had a different name when I came back, but thanks for using that against me
