Five points today that meant we only drew -

    1. We missed great chances 11v11 and should have been out of sight by HT
    2. We've had three come back off the woodwork, thats unlucky in any scenario
    3. Rushworth has made some quality saves
    4. The changes left us disjointed and passing the ball around outside the box before either shooting from distance or lumping it in to Hemir, too easy for Darling and Cabango to head away
    5. The changes were all ineffective apart from Ba. Dack and Pritch were poor, Hemir static. At least Rusyn would go in behind and Dan Neil was making things happen. Disappointed Rusyn only got 55mins and Aouchiche didn't come on.

Ive often wondered why people get upset from people that have a different opinion from themselves on a football forum?

Isnt that the whole point, we come on here to vent/embrace with fellow fans?
Are we supposed to come on and just constantly agree and like eachothers posts from now on??

We have strikers, we have a hellmof a team with all bar 1 our own players.

Give them.time, enjoy it l because unless we throw stupid money around we have to pick up these types of players

People are allowed an opinion, even if you don't agree with it.

Whos our strikers then to be playing 2nd tier English football?
A Chelsea U23 player? A Benfica B player? A Spanish 18 year old kid or a lad thats come from the Ukrainian league and cant speak a word of English?

Does that look like ambition to you?

i have sided with onien for a long while now, going back to his first few games when he was written off by most and what i saw was a young lad who was over the feckin moon to be here and was trying far too hard (which he even admitted himself was his early problem), have watched him grow into the team, the club and the squad, have watched him win the supporters over especially with his off the field work and in the right position i would not want to see him dropped but...he does not have the height to be a central defender and he resorts to methods not many referess will see as totally fair (today was pretty typical of his defending of corners/free kicks) and most have said, many times, 'onien was lucky there'.

i have stuck by him while others had seen enough but in this position i can see it as much as they can, if his grapples simply lead to more penalty calls more often it will hammer the lad and i honestly do not want to see that happen, he is a very valuable member of the squad just not in the position he is being asked to do now, for all he does a decent job there are aspects of it he does struggle with...this is not me making him the fall guy, this is not me trying to belittle him this is just me trying to be honest.

as for the strikers, i already mentioned that...the lads supplying the ball have to start beating the first man with a pass... it helps.

Have a look at the bottom of the premier league table lads. Looks horrendous for the 3 promoted sides. Burnley are being picked off at will and they were lauded as some sort of championship uber team last season. Kompany the second coming of Pep. They are being badly found out at the level. The question is whether that is because they didnt have a solid base last season to carry them forward? I would say so personally. They look to me like a club unable to change, with a coach who has no experience to fall back on and help his players. The premier league is an ugly place to be for many teams.

Should have won, probably would have had they not had a player sent off.
Decent point against a decent team

It's quite normal, I'd guess, that people who are expressing an opinion, while angry, are more aggressive than those who aren't ...

... however, it's also possible that the angry people don't recognise how they come across.

I get the feeling that people who are less angry are seen as caring less, being less passionate or more gullible.

Yes as Hemir will improve, Rusyn needs.to adapt and will be a good player, Mayenda will improve.

Or should we have signed Yates? Who did th grand total of nothing today and is at his maximum level

Stansfield got his 5th I believe for Birmingham today, shame we didn’t manage to get him over the line, frustrating one today should be putting ten men to the sword, easier said than done though, onto Saturday go into the break on a high hopefully

Of course, that's the idea of debate and discussion. Same as i am allowed the opinion that certain posters are constantly negative.
