    Didnt watch the vid but have read the Metro article.

    I'm surprised they have chosen to come out with this crap. It's a desperate atempt to turn us against the owners. The writer must be a Chelsea fan.

    I don't see the problem. They've said remember to take the correct tickets as we place them twice in 9 days.

    Whats wrong with that? I bet some will still make the mistake.

    Just what I was thinking actually. I'm sure I've read of plenty of people turning up with the wrong ticket for games even when there isn't the potential for confusion. And I'm sure I've seen more basic advice before games like 'don't fall down the stairs' and 'make sure you go to the right gate'. Just seems like logical advice to me, must have been a slow news day...
