This loan has largely been a waste of time so far, though it is concerning he can't make a poor Div 1 side, though at present Fleetwood are a bit of a mess as a club, but they have not a bad manager now in Lee Johnson.
David Robson has returned from Darlo. Their fans were less than complimentary about his performances unfortunately.
I never need total convinced about him, will be interesting to see what the future holds. Cartwright and Foster look better keepers.
Wood and Jarvis starting for the last time for Shelbourne tonight. Wonder if they come back into the squad now, or we look to send them out again in January.
I’ve not seen enough of either of them. I thought Wood could have a chance as we’re light in midfield and likely to lose Seri and Traore to AFCON in January. Rosenior might also prefer his tidiness on the ball to someone like Doc. I get the feeling it could be Doc out and revisit the interest in Bird in January though.
Another wide player with goals in him, Jarvis is full of confidence. He’s lightning quick and gets in the right areas. Hope he gets a chance before January.
The loan will have done him the world of good and he's done well. But still not sure he's ready to contribute in a playoff chasing champ team yet. But if he is and LR etc think he is then as you say, I hope he gets his chance.
Good points, just with him not fancying Sinik and Allahyar (long term) don’t see why not. Especially off the bench, given the fact he is lightning quick. Not sure how it works until January anyway with registration etc.
Interesting, Robson I would expect, but Cartwright I thought had a future. I'm not sure about Thimothée Lo-Tutala and whether he is good enough to persevere with, he is only 20, so I guess still very green.
Some won't like me saying it but I still maintain I don't understand what the point of getting TLT was particularly when he's not out on loan.
Cheap gamble on a young prospect, if we'd got allsop earlier in the window then TLT almost certainly would have gone out on loan.
