It certainly will. Armistice day commemorates peace in Europe at end of WW1 and is respected by several nations worldwide. protesting this makes no sense .

Apart from those that are so thick they just back anything that they think is trendy and anti-government, they will lose a lot of sympathy and support of they **** up armistice or remembrance day events, and it will be used against them for a long time to come. These people really aren't reading the room. If they want sympathy for the Palestinian cause they need to be clearly and unequivocally calling out Hamas, as it is them putting the Palestinians in the direct line of fire in the hope and expectation that Israel kills them.
The entire point is to anger & force the hosts to submit by threats of violence, that's pretty much Rule 1 of Islam
