Another great thread RTB. Here's hoping for another 3 points! Mayenda is travelling down with the squad, wonder if he gets a place on the bench this time https://safc.com/news/team-news/202...WtchjDRaiAko4UFJn1_t5nWYTJ68w5fukgPkHMCNK386o
Here is the Swansea preview from their board. I have invited them to pop n here and have a discussion. https://www.not606.com/threads/swansea-city-v-sunderland.409487/
We've been blowing hot and cold so far this season. Hopefully we'll be red hot Saturday Safe journey on your long trip down and back
I'm expecting to see him on the bench and get ten minutes if the situation allows ... ... also think Dack will come in for Jobe who looked slightly jaded last week imo. It's great that we have exciting players to come in, I don't think I've ever been so interested in our bench.
pretty much sums us up as well, we either keep hitting the target or forget where it is but we have players to create plenty...just look forward to an entertaining game as neither side are going to 'park the bus'.
I know this is posted elsewhere but ffs man ... ... For anyone who isn't aware of this post match TV interview, here's his quote. Bear in mind this is after Sunderland beat them, quite comfortably, despite Swansea having 99% possession, no attempts on goal and a keeper who made more passes than any other player on the pitch. "It is great for the public here at Sunderland to see us,” said manager Brendan Rodgers. “They must have been wondering what this team everyone is talking about are all about and now they have seen. We were wonderful." Sunderland 2-0 Swansea
Is Key a right back? If so it is good news if he is out, he is a decent player who we were after in the past. The assumption must be whoever comes in for him will not be as good and they will have Clarke to defend against.
Would take a draw. Seems like they have turned the corner after a poor run of form. As stated elsewhere, they always give us a good game. Need to avoid these slow starts that have hampered us a few times this season. Don't want to see another Stoke performance
