Pope Trippier Lascelles Schar Burn Bruno Longstaff Joelinton Almiron Wilson Gordon Think the only debate is maybe Willock for someone, but i think he'll start him at Dortmund.
He really seems to have an issue with the local lads - Longstaff, Burn, Anderson. Probably spent too long on the mackems board
An observation from the Man U match. We looked good with a proper DM in situ, which is what Joelinton did. I thought we looked less effective when Bruno came on. I think having a real unit at CDM would work better, and then use Tonali/Bruno as a double pivot instead. Too many good teams work on Bruno and it’s shot us in the foot a few times.
This, all day. Need a bit of experience to keep Saka quiet. Either Trippier or Hall, who’s got a bit of pace. I fear for BDB having to face him.
This has been said a lot about BDB but it rarely happens. He doesn’t advance enough to get caught out as such.
Trippier would be a big mistake. When he plays for England there he is half the player he is on the right side. I actually think Dan Burn is the right guy to play against Saka - ****house it and throw him off his game. There is a lot of criticism of Dan Burn but I think he adds a lot to our overall defensive capability.
Basically I want Tino to play so was being kind to Trippier and would put him in at left back. Personally though, harsh as it may be, I think we should be going Tino and Hall
