In all seriousness, we had a Ukrainian family lined up to come and stay down here, it turned out that the old man was in Germany and they ended up going there instead. And I know you had a Sudanese lad staying with you because we've talked about it before privately.

Some people try to use that 'you take them in then' as a dig knowing full well that they wouldn't even entertain the idea themselves, but I think it separates out who would actually do something when the **** hits the fan. It's not always feasible and I know people's circumstances are different. And of course the people in Gaza are trapped right now with no way in or out.

Would be interesting to see who on here would actually take a Palestinian family in if it came to the crunch.
